Member checks in at the touchscreen Pod and follows a guided 14-step protocol — squat, lunge, single-leg balance, overhead reach, and more. Cameras and on-device computer vision capture 47 scoring metrics. No internet required; everything runs local. No trainer required to run it.
Step 2
Plan: Movement Score, 2–3 focus areas, one recommendation.
The Pod prints a member-readable report and pushes a coach summary: Movement Score 0–100, the top 2–3 focus areas with named exercises, and one clear program recommendation — every time. Objective, repeatable, no guesswork.
Step 3
Train: Coach uses the score to recommend the next step.
Coach uses the printed talking-points sheet to walk the member through results. The data does the work. Common outcomes: 6-week PT package, specialty class enrollment, or a single follow-up session.
Step 4
You vs You. With replay.
Re-test in 4–8 weeks with the identical protocol. Members who re-assess after their program see their Movement Score change — giving coach and member an objective before/after marker on the same screen. This is where retention comes from: proof beats promises.
