Program description
Piper Tech LLC sends SMS messages to mobile numbers that have explicitly opted in through forms on piper.tech. Messages contain Movement Pod updates, scheduled-call confirmations, and account-related notifications.
SMS messages are sent from (724) 409-3815. Replies to this number reach the Movement Pod team. Voice calls should be directed to (724) 209-4199.
Message frequency
Up to 4 messages per month. Frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. Piper Tech LLC does not charge for messages.
Supported carriers
All major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP / HELP
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance or contact info@piper.tech.
Consent log retention
We retain proof of your SMS consent (timestamp, IP, displayed disclosure text, opt-out history) for 24 months from the most recent message, consistent with TCPA litigation defense best practice.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
You do not have to consent to SMS to buy Movement Pod or to receive other communications from Piper Tech LLC.
